Mrs. Laplante's grade 3's made some great looking tipi frames as part of their Structure and Materials unit!
Last month as a whole school we focused on the artwork and imagery of Saskatchewan Métis artist Bob Boyer. Our wonderful First Nations, Métis, & Inuit committee planned and shared an amazing unit and activities with the school that helped students to understand and gain an appreciation of Mr. Boyer's artwork.
We are excited as a school to kick off our One School, One Book study! Each family will have been given a copy of Kate DiCamillo's Because of Winn-Dixie during our Celebration of Learning last week.
Mrs. Davis and her two kindergarten classes were hard at work this past month making cat and dog toys. Made from largely recycled materials, the toys were intended to be part of a fundraising effort for the Humane Society's yearly telethon.
For this year's parent forum, Regina Public Schools will present an evening with Chief Evan Bray titled, "Community Wellness Equals Community Safety" on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Campus Regina Public.
